Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: Do you accept Purchase Orders or net 30 accounts?
A: No. We do accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
Q: Do you ship overseas or to Alaska and Hawaii?
A: No. We only deliver within the continental US.
Q: Do you do bids or quotes?
A: If you are in need of large quantities of a particular product. Please contact us
with all the information (product # quantities and shipping info) we will work with the manufacturer to get you the best pricing.
Q: What are your hours of operation?
A: We are open Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm central standard time.
Q: Can I get a sample?
A: We are a distributor and are unable to break cases for samples.
Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart.However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
Q: Do you have a store where we can shop locally?
A: Yes.
